Aim and Scope:
As a series of international conference financially supported by the Japanese
Ministry of Education Scientific Research Grant on the topic "New
development of CRM research by fuisng database marketing and consumer theory(A) 21243039", we now shed light on not only marketing science in
general but also the area of service research.
