In addition to conference attendance, we invite you to an oral presentation or a poster presentation.
Each presentation should be accompanied by an abstract.
Oral Presentation
Invited Speakers: 20 min (25 min including question)
Oral Presentation: 12 min (15 min including question)
Poster Presentation
- Posters should be accompanied by an abstract. The abstract template can be downloaded below.

Poster size is less than A0 (914 mm width x 1292 mm height).

Poster must be set up prior to the beginning of the session.

Please put your a presentation number at the top of your poster.
Student Poster Award
Applications will only be accepted from an undergraduate or postgraduate student at a university or other tertiary institution. You can apply the award from “Abstract submission page“.

- Abstracts will only be accepted with conference registration.
- Abstracts should be no more than 1 page in A4-size. All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- All abstracts must be received by October 9th, 2017. Any abstracts received after this date will not be considered. Each author submitting an abstract will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within seven days. Authors who have submitted abstracts and have not received an acknowledgement within this period of time should contact the conference organizers immediately from here.
