| 講演概要 [PDF] | 感染症の数理モデルによる研究について個人的に振り返りながら、感染症の流行を数理モデルで捉えることについてのアイデアの発展や分析手法の進歩について概観し、今後のさらなる展開につなげたい。特に、定性的な予測のツールにとどまっていた数理モデルが、観察データの分析に使用されるまでに実用性を持つようになっていることに注目して、背景にある社会的なニーズや情報技術の発達を視野に入れてみてゆきたい。 A review of the development of ideas about mathematical modelling of infectious disease spread and methods of analysis will be presented based on personal history of researches, aiming at further progress. Recent practical use of models in quantitative data analysis rather than early qualitative use are focused in the perspective of social needs and developing information technology. |
