The registration fee is 50,000 JPY (25,000 JPY for a student, and 25,000 JPY for an accompany person).
It includes access to all sessions, program, USB proceedings, welcome reception, coffee break, banquet and workshop tour to Nikko.

Note that All speakers must pay the registration fee by October 31, 2022.
[Important] The registration-system modification is complete now. The non-Japanese, who want to participate online, can select and pay the discounted registration fee.

[Important Notice] Depending on the situation of COVID-19 pandemic, AJWTF2022 may be held online. Please note that the final decision will be made at the end of September.
In addition, if AJWTF2022 is held online, a part of the registration fee will be refunded.
[Important Notice] Receipt of the Registration fee will be issued after the conference.
