Early-bird registration deadline October 27th, 2017

  1. Click here to create your new account. Please enter your active e-mail address and password, and your “My Page” will be automatically created. You will receive a confirmation email. Your e-mail address can be used with the account ID.
  2. Please click “Personal information” and fill in your personal information in your “My page“. After you confirm and send your information, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  3. Please proceed your payment and abstract submission from “My page” after filling your personal information. Early-bird registration ends is October 27th, 2017, and payments with a credit card are only available until November 24th, 2017.You can check and modify your information from “My page”.

  • Conference handbook and goods

  • Coffee and lunch from 28th to 30th November 2017

  • Attendance at all sessions from 28th to 30th November 2017

  • Attendance at the Conference dinner on the evening of 29th November 2017

 

Payment

  • Payment is acceptable with credit cards via online before 24th November, 2017.

  • On-site payment is acceptable only by cash.

  • Once your payments is confirmed, receipt/invoice can be downloaded from MY PAGE.
