25th Quasicrystals meeting(2nd Hypermaterials Young Research Seminar)
The Quasicrystal Study Group has been held every year by Professor TSAI An-Pang of Tohoku University for many years. Professor TSAI passed away two years ago, and last year, the new academic field "Hypermaterials" started, so the 2nd meeting was held as the 24th quasicrystal study group. This year's quasicrystal study group was held online and was attended by 70 researchers and students from inside and outside the field. This time, we created a young session within the quasicrystal study group, which also served as a young study group in a new academic field, and was presented by many students like the conventional quasicrystal study group. The "1st TSAI An-Pang Award" was awarded to those who made excellent presentations from young researchers (39 years old or younger). On the second day, a lecture "Electronic Properties in Quasicrystals" was given by Professor Noriaki Sato of Nagoya University, and on the third day, a lecture "Hyper Materials Informatics: Basics and Applications of Data Science" was given by Professor Ryo Yoshida of the Institute of Statistical Mathematics. Thank you to everyone who participated.

5th Hypermaterials Meeting
The 5th Web Hypermaterials Meeting was held, and a total of 59 researchers and students participated. The members of the planned research project and the publicly offered research project from A01 to A04 announced the current status of research on the new academic field to promote exchanges within the field. After the announcement in the morning and afternoon of each day, an individual discussion session was held by Zoom. Each presenter in the oral presentation entered each room, and the other participants visited the presenter's room for questions and answers and discussions. In addition, at the web social gathering, we interviewed the participants under the theme of "From Hyper Material in You to Hyper Material in Everyone" and talked about frank thoughts about "Hyper Material in Yourself". Thank you to everyone who participated.
